Online coaching isn't for everyone! It is about providing you with support, guidance and structure while keeping you accountable towards reaching your health and fitness related goals with weekly check ins.
The 4 week Introduction programs are designed to give you a feel for online coaching without having to commit for a long time! You will receive a 4 week training program and/or a daily meal plan that can be adjusted when necessary. To get the best possible results you will need to follow the plans consistently and be upfront & honest with your weekly check ins.
Following the 4 week program, if it does work for you, we can look to continue on a week to week basis at a special loyalty rate!
